• language change - The platform features a floating language widget where users can change the language on the website.
• Contact widget - There is a contact widget where you cab link to livechat, whatsapp or support.
• Shipment Tracking - Users can track shipment by entering their tracking code which is generated by the admin where the shipment was created.

TRACKING PAGE -

• Tracking Map - The tracking page contains a tracking map that shows where shipment was shipped from and also shipment destination.
• Tracking Details - The details of the shipment are well listed so user can see the details.
• Shipment Image - The image of the shipment is also displayed.
• Print Shipment - The tracking page can be printed in a PDF format and can be shared.
• Shipment Status - The admin can update the shipment status to - on hold, pending, in transit, processing etc and the user can see it in the tracking page.
• Tracking History - The tracking page displays the tracking history of the goods which is updated by the admin.

ADMIN PANEL -

• Shipment Upload - The admin uploads shipment details.
• Shipment Status/Location - As admin you can update shipment status and location
• Contact Information - The admin updates the website contact information : whatsapp, email, telegram etc
• Website Name/Logo - As admin, you can also update the website name and logo.
